Without video proof, no complaints will be accepted regarding damage, missing items, or incorrect products. Please make sure to record the video as soon as you receive the parcel and before opening it.

If you wish to raise a return or replacement request due to valid reasons as mentioned, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via phone or our website support portal.
